Foreign key on a non-spending permission

perm-active-nonspending

Foreign key on a non-spending permission is a Leeri screening rule for TRON that detects the following: A foreign key is present on a permission that carries no value-moving operations.

What it detects

A foreign key is present on a permission that carries no value-moving operations.

When it fires

A key outside this address is listed on an active permission scoped only to non-spending operations (for example voting, no transfer rights).

What it means

The foreign key can only perform operations that do not move value, so it cannot take funds from the account. The finding completes the picture of who holds rights over the account.

What to do

Usually no action is needed; record it if your policy tracks who holds any rights over a customer's account.
